NEW DELHI: Reliance
Jio giving a great gift for customers before Diwali. Now Reliance is giving the
Lifetime free voice call service. Telecom regulator TRAI agrees to Lifetime
free voice calling service come into the field of the new company, saying that
the plan is according to the regulations and it is not discriminatory.
TRAI said in a letter
to the telecom operators, "it was found that the charges were filed in
TRAI IUC not following the plan and cannot be considered arbitrary and
discriminatory." Existing operators Bharti Airtel,Vodafone and other
telecom companies contact with TRAI for free call service offered by Reliance
Jio protesting the fee plan arbitrary, discriminatory and that current
regulations did not follow.
Telecom operators
have to pay 14 paise per minute to another network when every call going out to
that another network where it reaches the end. India's richest man, Mukesh
Ambani, the debut of its kind in the telecommunications sector were announced
last month in which they give (lifetime free) call feature to the customers.
